How to Start a Return
Email support@thelunarashop.com with your order number.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Print it, pack your watch securely, drop it off. That’s it.

Refund Timing
Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.) within 2–3 business days.
